A Fruita man accused of indiscriminately shooting into a house party in February, 2021, killing one and injuring three, was found guilty Wednesday.

Mesa County Safe Routes to School - Fall Walk and Wheel Challenge

The Mesa County Regional Transportation Planning Office wrapped up the first Walk and Wheel Challenge. Parents of students attending District 51 elementary and middle schools were encouraged to log active trips to and from school through a Mesa County Safe Routes to School app. Participating students could earn prizes for meeting trip goals.
