22 1/2 Road and Greenbelt Drive Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements

Develop detailed construction documents for the 22 ½ Road and Greenbelt Drive Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements Project.
This project will provide Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) compliant access to Broadway Elementary School and storm water infrastructure.
This includes sidewalk to the North side of Greenbelt Drive beginning at 22 ½ Road to the existing sidewalk across from Milena Way, west of Park Ridge Court.
This also includes replacing the existing asphalt path along the West side of 22 ½ Road with a 10-foot wide detached concrete sidewalk from CO Highway 340 to Greenbelt Drive, removing and replacing curb inlets and storm drainpipes along 22 ½ Road and Greenbelt Drive, crushed rock parkway strip and landscape restoration.
